TECHNIQUES & MODALITIES

I integrate multiple techniques throughout my massages. Here is a list of additional options (no charge) you can specifically ask for in advance to have ready for your session:

• Prenatal Positioning - Pillows and bolsters used to comfortably position you and your growing baby bod!
• Cupping - Suction cups placed on skin to increase blood flow to a specific area to increase healing.
• Hydrotherapy - Hot and cold packs for local use. Ice cups for inflammation or injury in extremities. 
• Hot Stones - Heated rocks used with oil for relaxation and treatment!
• Kinesio Taping - Help your body move effectively by applying tape to your affected areas, supporting your muscles and joints.
